1. Introduction
By accessing our website, registering for programs, purchasing products, or participating in activities with KS Lions, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership & Participation
All players, parents, coaches, and volunteers must provide accurate information during registration.
Participation in club activities is subject to availability and approval by KS Lions.
Members are expected to follow club rules, policies, and code of conduct at all times.

3. Fees & Payments
All registration fees, sponsorship fees, and merchandise purchases must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-transferable.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension from club activities.

4. Refund Policy
Fees are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of KS Lions.
Refunds, if approved, may be subject to administrative deductions.

5. Code of Conduct
All members must:
Show respect to players, coaches, officials, and spectators
Maintain sportsmanship and fair play
Avoid abusive language, behaviour, or misconduct
Follow instructions from club officials
KS Lions reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual who breaches these standards.

6. Child Safety
KS Lions is committed to providing a safe environment for all children.
All coaches and volunteers must comply with Working With Children Check (WWCC) requirements.
Any concerns regarding child safety must be reported immediately to the club.

7. Health & Safety
Participation in sports carries a risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Players must be medically fit to participate.
KS Lions is not liable for injuries sustained during training, matches, or events, except where required by law.

8. Photography & Media
KS Lions may take photos and videos during activities for promotional use (website, social media, marketing).
If you do not wish to be included, you must notify the club in writing.

9. Website & Online Store
All content on the KS Lions website is for general information only.
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.
Orders placed through the online store are subject to confirmation and availability.

10. Sponsorship & Advertising
Sponsorship agreements are subject to agreed terms and availability.
KS Lions reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove advertising materials at its discretion.

11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By engaging with KS Lions, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KS Lions is not responsible for:
